IT Developer / Full Stack Consultant

Mission.
- Contribute to innovative IT projects, participating in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions.
- Engage in banking and financial sector projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using technologies such as Java, Angular, C#, .NET, React, Python, and JEE.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in the creation and execution of testing and validation protocols to ensure software quality and security.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing and newly developed solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and user experience.
- Work with Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Cloud architecture for scalable and secure application deployment (a plus).
Required profile.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in full-stack development, with expertise in one or more of the following: Java, Angular, C#, .NET, React, Python.
- Solid knowledge of key frameworks and APIs such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JNDI.
- Experience with modern web technologies, front-end and back-end development & Knowledge of Cloud computing, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or fintech projects is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in agile environments, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset & proficiency in French and English.
