Data Engineer
Mission.
Your role:
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Finance and MANCO Oversight to support data analysis, monitoring, and commercial and financial reporting.
- Maintaining data pipelines and workflows for on-premises databases, including Oracle DB and other relational database systems.
- Writing and optimizing PL/SQL scripts to ensure efficient database operations.
- Managing and scheduling Control-M jobs to automate and streamline data processes.
- Implementing and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica or similar tools.
- Production support: troubleshooting issues, and optimizing queries for scalability and efficiency
- Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Required profile.
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing on-premises databases, data integration, and ETL processes
- Strong expertise with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. (Experience in query optimization is a plus)
- Strong expertise with Informatica ETL or equivalent.
- Experience with Control-M scheduler or equivalent.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as positions, transactions, funds is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
- Must be resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.
