Product Owner & Business Analyst – Life Insurance
Business analyst
Mission.
- Define and manage the product vision and strategy, aligning with customer and business goals.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business and customer requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on objectives.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and continuous refinement.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, providing feedback and driving improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business processes.
- Monitor product performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication and governance, ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint reviews and provide feedback to optimize future development cycles.
- Lead training sessions and stakeholder awareness initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
Required profile.
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst.
- Strong domain expertise in insurance, particularly in Health and Life & Savings (including Employee Benefits).
- Experience with IT solutions used in the insurance sector.
- Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and process reengineering.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid approaches.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and prioritization skills to maximize product value.
- Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage external service providers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Fluent in French and English.
