Avaloq Project Manager / Business Analyst

Mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Avaloq-related projects and initiatives from initiation to delivery
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
- Gather, structure, and document business requirements in a clear and concise manner
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on objectives, scope, and solutions
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure proper follow-up with delivery teams
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Support testing phases by coordinating user acceptance testing and validating outcomes
- Ensure clear communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to process improvements and support change management activities
Required profile.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis within banking or financial services
- Good understanding of Avaloq or similar core banking systems
- Familiarity with private banking processes (e.g., client lifecycle, payments, compliance)
- Ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience working in structured project environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to transformation or system implementation projects
- Knowledge of regulatory topics (e.g., KYC, AML, MiFID)
- Certifications in Project Management or Business Analysis

Education
- Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
