Financial Analyst – Finance & Risk Reporting

In this role, you will join the Technology (IT) department, within the Finance & Risk Reporting domain, focusing on Profitability, ALM & Liquidity. You will work in an agile (Scrum) environment, supporting business-critical in-house applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating functional and non-functional requirements into detailed analysis for small to medium-sized features related to processes and systems within the domain.
• Working closely with the Lead Analyst to design solutions and coordinate small projects.
• Analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and delivering solutions for finance and risk reporting applications, mainly developed in PL/SQL.
• Collecting, transforming, aggregating, and validating data from multiple sources, primarily accounting systems.
• Applying domain knowledge in banking/insurance products, accounting, profitability, ALM, and liquidity.
• Understanding and respecting regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial sector.
• Using modeling languages and tools to support your analyses.
• Contributing to high-quality solutions by defining test scenarios, writing test cases, and executing integration testing in collaboration with test teams and end users.
• Handling incidents (software, process, or administrative), proposing and implementing solutions, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Ensuring system maintenance, documentation updates, and high availability of domain applications.
• Designing features that improve client-centricity and operational efficiency.
• Explaining processes, systems, and tools to end users and supporting them in their daily activities.
• Coordinating activities and small projects within the subdomain, including task distribution and progress follow-up.
• Producing structured and consolidated reporting for stakeholders, highlighting risks and attention points.
• Taking initiative and actively contributing to continuous improvement at team level.
