Mission.
- Owning the sourced process and monitoring the contract execution
- Maintaining quality assurance and overseeing the correct execution of the activities
- Managing day-to-day service interactions and resolving operational criticalities
- Drive the Transformation track jointly with the Tribes concerned
- Coordinating change management and implementing process improvements in strong collaboration with the Tribes
- Fostering relationships with internal and external partners to drive continuous improvement
- Representing the domain in various boards and stakeholders’ meetings
As a Domain Expert, you will have the opportunity to:

Required profile.
• You have effective communication and stakeholder management skills to maintain and build relationships with internal clients (mainly the Tribes), departments, our external partner, ensuring timely information sharing and alignment with processes.
• Being result driven, you are able to drive efficiency and effectiveness in processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to deliver high-quality services and drive business value.
• You are pro-active with a hands-on attitude, and eager to get involved in all aspects of the partnership management.
• You are able to think critically, solve problems, and collaborate with cross functional teams, to ensure the success of the sourcing partnership with Accenture.
