Project Manager
Mission.
- Leading and delivering strategic projects in banking and insurance environments,
- Managing stakeholders across business and IT teams
- Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements,
- Ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT solutions, driving project delivery timelines risks and dependencies
- Reporting clearly on progress issues and risks, facilitating communication across multiple departments
- Working autonomously while ensuring high quality delivery.
For the Senior Project Manager role, you will also:
Lead a large scale banking platform transformation program, drive stakeholder engagement at senior and executive level, navigate complex banking and IT landscapes, ensure governance coordination and successful delivery of the program.
Required profile.
- 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
- Experience in the financial sector
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work in complex and fast paced environments
- Autonomous proactive and solution oriented mindset
- Good understanding of IT environments and business IT interactions,
- Fluent in English, French or Dutch is a strong asset.
