As a Business and Talent Manager, you will have full responsibility for creating, developing, and managing your business portfolio. You will be in charge of your clients and consultants:
- Research, prospection of new customers, definition of their needs
- Development of existing customers
- Participation in the negotiation, or renegotiation of the customers’ contracts
- Answers of RFP and RFQ
- Follow-up of the consultants
- Recruitment and Management of the consultants.
Required profile.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development.
- You are proactive, strong-willed, dynamic, and results-driven.
- Your communication skills, fun attitude, and results-oriented way of working are important assets to succeed in this mission!
- Graduated from a Business School or University, you have a first experience in a fast-paced BtoB environment (or consulting)
- You are fluent in French and English.
