Senior Business Analyst – Payments & Charges

Mission.
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in international payments and charges management to support strategic initiatives within a major banking payments ecosystem. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of payment services by leading business analysis activities related to the “Charges OUR” initiative, improving transparency, efficiency, and automation of charges processes across multiple entities and countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Cluster Product Owner
- Lead business analysis activities for the “Charges OUR” initiative
- Shape and facilitate Opus and feature refinements
- Define, monitor, and contribute to KPIs
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across different countries and entities
- Lead country onboarding activities
- Translate business needs
- Foster alignment and promote the adoption of payment platforms, processes, and tools
Required profile.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in International Payments, Investigations, Finance, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in international payments, charges management, and related banking operations
- Solid understanding of payment ecosystems, investigations, and charges processing
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and requirements management
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of IT systems, testing activities, and delivery processes
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business situations into practical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value
Languages
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Dutch is considered an asset
