Description/List of tasks to be carried out
As part of a project to pool a KYC platform, the Retail and Corporate business lines require the support of a functional analyst with a good knowledge of KYC. His or her role will include:
- Explaining what personal data is involved
- Explaining the benefits to customers of keeping their personal file up to date
- Promoting digital channels and equipping customers
- Promoting mutualisation by explaining that customers may, at their discretion, agree to share their personal data with their other business relations.
- Explain how changes made by the customer on the i-Hub portal are processed, the possible interactions and their reflection in the Bank’s systems
- Explain which activities are transferred to the KYC Office teams (chasing process), how this is done and what happens if the customer cannot be reached
- Explain the flow of management of unfavourable information (new): in the future, managers will be directly contacted in the event of proven unfavourable information for analysis and action before it is sent to Compliance.
- Support Customer Services to provide the best possible response to customers’ questions about how the portal works.
Required profile.
Technical skills :
- KYC knowledge is a plus
