Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Reporting Officer, your main responsibilities will be:

• Prepare monthly reporting and other reports, ensuring monthly closure according to the schedule.
• Analyze and validate received data, monitoring its accuracy and exhaustiveness.
• Check and evaluate the use of internal accounts by the various business lines and reconcile balances with the reporting systems.
• Identify and solve problems by pinpointing their source and collaborating with the relevant departments.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of procedures, processes, and internal control systems (Accounting/Reporting/Control/Consolidation).
• Contribute to updating procedural documentation and implementing required improvements in content and organization.
• Participate in projects related to new regulations, legislative amendments, or the treatment of new products and services.
• Provide a harmonized set of reports that satisfy the needs of the company and the Group, by limiting and streamlining information flows.
