Engineer
Mission.
The mission consists of designing, developing, and maintaining small to medium-sized IT features end-to-end, ensuring alignment with existing architectures, frameworks, and engineering standards.
The role focuses on delivering reliable, scalable, and secure solutions, while contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices and team performance.
Beyond development, the objective is to enhance system performance, maintain operational stability, and strengthen collaboration within the team, ensuring efficient delivery within a DevSecOps-oriented environment.
The goal is to enable the organization to improve software quality, accelerate delivery, and maintain robust and scalable systems within a dynamic and evolving technical landscape.
Required profile.
- End-to-end feature development (analysis, design, coding, testing) (Advanced, current experience)
- Working within existing architectures and frameworks (Advanced, current experience)
- DevSecOps practices and engineering standards (Advanced, current experience)
- System performance, monitoring, and reliability management (Advanced, current experience)
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis (Advanced, current experience)
- Collaboration and agile team contribution (Advanced, current experience)
Technical Expertise
Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of open systems: Unix / Linux / Windows (PowerShell, batch scripting)
- Solid experience with Oracle and PL/SQL
- Experience in DevOps environments and practices
Preferred
- Knowledge of Synapse
- Experience with Cloud technologies (Spark, PySpark, SparkSQL)
Engineering Capabilities
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability principles
- Ability to design within infrastructure and architectural constraints
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and system health management
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Languages
- English – Professional working proficiency
- Additional languages depending on environment (optional)
