Business analyst
Mission.
In an Agile framework, you will integrate thesquad Building & Facility Services as business analyst to contribute to ensure the business continuity and take in charge some opus/features.The objective is to support the colleagues of Facility and all employees of the Bank by ensuring the proper functioning of the tools and processes.You will contribute to important changes but also manage small changes, recurrent tasks and incidents in collaboration with other squad members and end-users.
Function description
- You gather, challenge and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders and gain extensive expertise on the subject at hand
- You work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture
- You define the acceptance criteria of Opuses and Features for which you are in the lead
- You work in close collaboration with the (Cluster/Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure they consistently have all necessary information
- You provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable
- You continuously challenge and improve existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency & compliance with policies and regulations
- You make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting,…) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support
- You have a profound knowledge of the Agile Way of Working: the refinement and delivery process, the QAP, the sprint ceremonies, etc
- You are responsible for the change management related to the process implementation (training, workshops, communication, etc)
Required profile.
Language requirements:
You speak Dutch and/or French and you are fluent in English(working language)
Technical experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferable Archibus (FMIS)
Business experience preferable
- Facility Management experience combined with financial insight
- AgileWay of Working
